This hotel was really centrally located and the staff on the reception were available at every time. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel were generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly awesome hotel and wonderful area. Surely will suggest this place!

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the personnel from the reception were available at every hrs. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests had been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Wonderful hotel, every thing is within walking distance. Staff members are tremendous welcoming and helpful and speak excellent English. You’ll find activities just about every night and it´s a great way to socializing with people today. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s extremely small. Excellent value for the price!

Assuming that you are visiting Yuzawa you should book at Four Seasons Yuzawa Quattro. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. And a great atmosphere!
